부산 여행

What comes to mind when you think of a trip to Busan? It is the Busan Sea Trip. I would like to recommend a day trip to Busan, starting from Songjeong Beach to Haeundae Beach. In the middle, I took the Haeundae Beach train and looked around two observation decks that are good for watching the Busan sea. The Haeundae Beach Train is a train that has been steadily popular since its opening, and it was fun to get off in between and see the places that are worth seeing in Busan

1. Haeundae Blue Line Park

The first place to visit in Busan is Haeundae Blue Line Park’s beach train. Some of the railway sections of the Donghae Nambu Line in the past are being operated again for tourism.

There are two modes of transportation available at Haeundae Blue Line Park. The Haeundae Beach Train runs the entire section from Mipo Station to Songjeong Station. The classic exterior is impressive: one-time, two-time, and all station tickets.

Sky Capsule is a small capsule that runs over the Haeundae Beach train tracks from Mipo to Cheongsapo. It can be used with your companions, so you can spend a private time, and the view from the train is wonderful. However, it is more expensive than the Haeundae Beach train.

I used the Haeundae Beach train among them. It’s a popular destination in Busan after it opened, so it’s a good idea to make a reservation in advance. Even though it was a weekday, the line was quite long on the way back because there were a lot of people. There are cases where you have to travel standing because it’s not a designated seat system, but since it’s a place to enjoy sightseeing slowly, there’s actually no big inconvenience even if you stand and travel.

It is a short distance, but the purpose of this train is to have an ocean view, so it is traveling very slowly at about 30 km per hour. Thanks to this, it was great to sit on the train and see the sea of Haeundae.

If you bought all the tickets for Haeundae Beach trains, you can get off at the intermediate station for a while and get on (one each), and I took this train to see Cheongsapo Bridge Observatory and Haewol Observatory.

2. Cheongsapo Bridge Observatory

Another place to visit in Haeundae, Busan, is the Cheongsapo Stone Observatory. The Cheongsapo Stone Observatory first opened in 2017, and recently its length has been extended and changed to a U-shaped shape.

In the past, there was only one entrance and exit, but now one side is the entrance and the other is the exit.

When you enter, you have to wear overshoes, and it was fun to see the sea at the end of the observatory, and the section with the transparent floor was thrilling to see the beach down.

3. Sunrise Observatory

During my trip to Busan, a new station was added to the beach train. That’s why I included it in the Busan travel course. The added station is the ‘Sunrise Observatory’. The beach train Sunrise Observatory can be reached by walking about 3 minutes from the station. For your information, the Cheongsapo Bridge Observatory that I saw earlier was the observatory right in front of the station.

Unlike the blue-painted Cheongsapo Bridge Observatory, the Haewol Observatory featured a white-painted exterior. Measuring 137 m long and 3 m wide, it consists of a crescent-shaped pylon and a U-shaped skywalk. At the end is a circular square overlooking the ocean.

The sky capsule and coastline view from the observatory were unique attractions of the Sunrise Observatory. Night lighting is said to create a wonderful atmosphere, and the sunrise from here is quite nice. I was curious about the sunrise from here.

4. Sea Life Busan Aquarium

I took the beach train and looked around Busan, and I was wondering if there was any place to go around when I arrived at Mipo Station and looked around Haeundae Beach. The weather was a little cold, so I headed to Sea Life Busan Aquarium. For your information, there are Sea Life Busan Aquarium and Busan X the Sky Observatory, which are introduced today as indoor destinations around Haeundae Beach. I haven’t been there on this Busan Haeundae trip, but if you have time, visit the Busan X the Sky Observatory.

Sea Life Busan Aquarium, known for its indoor entertainment in Haeundae, Busan, is also popular with family travelers. Especially in the cold winter months, the aquarium, where you can spend your time warmly indoors while avoiding the cold, is more attractive. It would be nice to have a place to store big luggage when traveling to Busan by Ttubuck, and Sea Life Busan Aquarium has a storage locker at the exit, so you can store your bags and take a light look.

The aquarium tour consists of a line that starts at B2, passes through B3, and then comes back to B1. At first, there were many cute tanks, but the closer we went inside, the more we saw large tanks that felt like we were in the deep sea. There were also lots of good places to take pictures. Busan’s Sea Life Busan Aquarium: Penguins and otters were especially beloved spaces.

In addition to this, if you come to an aquarium, you’d better have a special experience, and the most representative one is the shark transparent boat experience. If you pay a separate experience fee (KRW 10,000), you can observe sharks and marine life closely on the main tank for about 10 minutes.

The tunnel-type tank and the main tank, which reproduce the deep sea, provide an experience like walking in the sea. There are a variety of programs such as VR experience zones, Mermaid performances, and penguin feeding, so you can enjoy a richer experience.

I recommended a Busan tour course that started with Haeundae Beach Train and finished at Sea Life Busan Aquarium. This is perfect for a day trip.
